Caroline is a Certified ROI Practitioner and ASTD Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP). An award-winning former Fortune 500 manager, she has a BA in Psychology from Rollins College.

As a Director of Consulting Services with ROI Institute, Caroline directs the implementation of complex program evaluation projects. Her role includes developing data collection and analysis strategies to identify change in behavior and business impact. She communicates project results to key stakeholders through comprehensive reports, presentations, and executive summaries. In addition, Caroline provides expert coaching and support to individuals working towards ROI Certification. An accomplished industry advocate, Caroline also makes topical presentations to forums and professional groups.

Caroline’s professional background includes banking industry experience, where she managed training analytics, human resources, talent and organizational capabilities. Promoted into a new position to develop and implement standardized training reporting, evaluation and operational processes for the enterprise, she earned several awards for the results of her efforts. She has successfully designed and implemented evaluation and reporting strategy for a complex leadership development program. Her operational, project, and process management expertise significantly improved business metrics. As Learning Management System (LMS) Analytics Business Owner, she served as liaison to vendors to oversee enterprise-wide administrative activities, including resolving data integrity and operational issues.
