SPECIAL BENCHMARKING STUDY
In conjunction with this conference, a new benchmarking study will be conducted to show the use of ROI. The study captures input from more than 200 organizations, as well as the attendees. This information will be available to all participants. Within a month after the conference, each participant will be asked to provide conference input to be included in this important report.
TECHNOLOGY DEMONSTRATIONS
The latest in technology to measure and evaluate, including capturing ROI, will be demonstrated. Specifically, demonstrations will be held for the latest technology in these areas:
E-mail and Web-based surveys to measure all five levels of evaluation.
The use of audience response systems to collect benchmarking data during the conference.
