New Certification Dates
New public certification dates have been set.
Because of continuing increased demand for certification, new dates have been established. Many of our clients have asked for dates to be provided on a longer-range basis so that appropriate funding can be secured.
ROI certification is the gold standard in building measurement and evaluation capability. To date, over 3,000 individuals have achieved the designation of Certified ROI Professional. During the next fifteen months fourteen certification workshops are planned for your convenience. Each workshop is open to any professional in fields such as learning and development, human resources, meetings and events, executive education, technology, sustainability projects, quality, marketing, etc. However, several workshops have a special interest. Our goal is to attract individuals with a common interest and provide focus for that area, such as meetings and events, leadership development and executive education. Also, some of the workshops focus on a particular industry such as healthcare, and government.

ROI Certification 5-Day Program
Fully master the skills needed to implement a comprehensive, ongoing ROI initiative for your organization in this five-day workshop. Gain the skills to become certified in the ROI Methodology™ and learn how to sustain the measurement and evaluation process on a continued basis.
Receive ongoing, personalized coaching while conducting an impact study. Once competency in the ROI Methodology has been demonstrated through this study, certification is established. No other workshop provides access to the same level of expertise as ROI Certification.
