Dr. Jack Phillips Delivers Keynote Address in Austria

Dr. Jack Phillips, Chairman of ROI Institute, Inc. and developer of the ROI Methodology, delivered the keynote speech to the Learn to Perform Conference on December 10, 2007 in Vienna, Austria.

The conference, held at Vienna University of Economic and Business Administration, featured speakers and workshops for Human Resource Managers and Researchers.

Dr. Phillips’ presentation “Show Me the Money: Measuring the Impact of Performance Improvement”, discussed the application of the ROI Methodology in measuring and evaluating training programs.
