Gartner Names Fall Summit After ROI Book
Birmingham, Alabama – The Gartner Executive Program for Human Resources (EXP HR) named its fall summit Show Me the Money after the ROI Methodology book of the same name - published by Berrett Koehler. Written by Dr. Jack J. Phillips, developer of the ROI Methodology, and Patricia Pulliam Phillips, the book addresses how to determine the return on investment in people, projects, and programs.
The summit, held October 10-12 in Orlando, addressed several topics including the ROI Methodology, the intergenerational workforce and leadership priorities.
Jack Phillips was the keynote speaker at the summit and spoke at length about the rationale for ROI analysis, how the ROI process works, ROI case studies, and the challenges and issues of implementation.
