Phillips to Conduct ASTD Workshops in Australia

Birmingham, Alabama – Dr. Patti Phillips, President and CEO of ROI Institute, Inc., will conduct Measurement and Evaluation Learning workshops in Australia December 5-12, 2007. The workshops, hosted by ASTD Australia Global Network, are designed to provide a solid foundation in all aspects of the measurement and evaluation of learning and performance solutions.

The workshops utilize small group interaction, application exercises, and case studies to help participants gain the skills they need to measure and evaluate the impact of learning programs.

After the workshop, participants will be able to build a credible business case for increased evaluation, develop an evaluation strategy, collect and analyze data, select appropriate strategies, and much more in order to implement and sustain a measurement and evaluation program in their organization.

Phillips will conduct the first three-day workshop in Melbourne and then travel to Sydney to facilitate the second three-day workshop.
