(Birmingham, AL) President and CEO of the ROI Institute, Patti Phillips, conducted a webinar for Knowledge Advisors on the concept of ROI. “Show Me the Money: Moving from Impact to ROI” discussed the high level considerations most organizations face when thinking about developing a strategy to measure the Return on Investment in learning programs.

The objectives of the webinar were as follows:
