This intensive two-week certificate program will provide you with the fundamental knowledge you need to:

• Identify programs suitable for ROI evaluation.
• Develop measures important to all stakeholders.
• Calculate the ROI for their programs.
• Communicate results effectively.
• Forecast the ROI prior to and during program implementation.

This course is comprised of five (5) live online sessions that meet for two hours each.
