ROI Institute Partners with the Center for Creative Leadership for ROI Certification
(Birmingham, AL) —The ROI Institute, Inc. and the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL) will offer a special ROI Certification program at CCL headquarters in Greensboro, NC. This is the first certification focusing solely on leadership development. Jack Phillips, chairman of ROI Institute, says, “We are pleased to partner with one of the elite leadership development providers in the world. CCL has an excellent global reputation for delivering quality programs to thousands of clients annually. We are pleased to partner with them on this and future projects.”
With over 4,000 participants involved since 1995, ROI Certification is the premier learning opportunity for individuals who want to build skills to conduct ROI studies and position their programs and projects to deliver results. To become a Certified ROI Professional, each participant must complete an ROI study and implement the ROI Methodology in their organization. This special offering is limited to those individuals involved in implementing, managing, or facilitating leadership development programs.
“We are very excited to focus on this important area,” added Patti Phillips, president and CEO of the ROI Institute. “We will be teaching individuals how to measure the impact of coaching, leadership development, management development, and executive development. The interest in showing the value of all types of leadership development has grown exponentially in recent years. The offering with CCL will enable a group of professionals to develop capacity in ROI, which is in high demand in today’s economy.”
Jennifer Martineau, CCL group director of Global Research, Evaluation, and Innovation, said, “We are very pleased to be able to offer the ROI Certification workshop with the ROI Institute. The Institute, through the leadership of Jack and Patti Phillips, is the preeminent global provider of ROI services and development. We have long respected the rigor and relevance of the Institute’s work and its value to organizations. Given the increasing need to hold leadership development programs responsible for delivering value for organizations, the opportunity to collaboratively sponsor this offering is timely.”
This one week program will be offered on CCL’s corporate campus September 14-18, 2009. For more information on ROI Certification or this public offering, please contact Elaine Graves.
