Free Webcast on Forecasting ROI

Birmingham, Alabama, May 5, 2011- The ROI Institute is offering a free webcast on forecasting ROI scheduled for Monday, May 16th at 10:00 a.m. CDT. This webcast is primarily available to ROI Institute members and recent participants in the ROI certification. However, the general public is also invited to participate.

With today’s economic pressures, forecasting the value of a project before it is implemented is becoming an absolute must. Project sponsors are now demanding the value of the project before they allocate resources to design, develop, and implement the project. This one-hour webcast will show how forecasting is achieved on a pre-project basis, during the project implementation using reaction data, forecasting from learning within the project, and finally a forecast based on skills and competencies. This webcast will use a case study example to show how this process works. The webcast will conclude with tips and advice on developing a forecasting process.
