Birmingham, Alabama, August 4, 2011 – Jack Phillips, in a 2 part interview for MagazynHR discusses a variety of issues related to ROI including the role of culture in ROI, and what types of business models and organizations are most effective in implementing ROI. The article is timely in highlighting today’s climate and appetite for ROI. Phillips states, “The recession has inspired a resurgence in the need for ROI capability in organizations.
