ROI Institute Announces New Book, The Bottomline on ROI: Benefits and Barriers to Measuring Learning, Performance Improvement, and Human Resources Programs

January 30, 2012– (Birmingham, Alabama) A second edition of the book, The Bottomline on ROI, authored by Patti P. Phillips, has just been released by HRDQ. The new book builds on the first edition, which won an award of excellence from the International Society for Performance Improvement.
