ROI Resource Center publishes the latest advancements in the ROI Methodology as it is implemented in more than 18 applications.

Jack Phillips and Patti Phillips, along with ROI associates and others, have authored many books and articles on a variety of measurement and evaluation topics. These topics include measuring and evaluating the return on investment in training, performance improvement, human resource development, coaching and consulting. In 2007, ROI Resource Center was created to fill the need for additional published information on return on investment. As this new organization expands, continue to look for fresh material and additional publishing opportunities.
