ROI Institute conducts benchmarking studies with users of the ROI Methodology to understand the extent of application, the success with application, and the barriers to success. These studies are made available to ROI Institute members and other professional groups. To become a team member you would need to attend a certification class. Up and coming certification dates can be found on our Event Calendar.

Also, the ROI Institute provides a limited number of research grants to individuals and organizations researching the applications and effectiveness of the methodology. The largest grant to date was a $1.1 million contribution to The University of Southern Mississippi to support the Ph.D. program in Human Capital Development. As part of this effort, senior officers of ROI Institute participate on Master’s thesis and Ph.D. dissertation committees, building further evidence of the impact of the ROI Methodology.
