Measuring Return on Investment
Participants in this program will develop the skills needed to create and deliver effective return-on-investment (ROI) evaluations for learning and performance, organizational development, human resources, technology, change, and quality solutions. The program emphasizes the Phillips ROI Methodology and participants learn to apply ROI techniques to learning and performance solutions, link training program objectives to business results, and develop an evaluation plan for one of their own programs.

Evaluating Learning Impact Certificate
Use this program to determine the impact of learning programs and develop and implement an evaluation strategy for your organization. Participants will receive a solid foundation in all aspects of the measurement and evaluation of learning and performance solutions, including making the shift from activity- to results-based learning and development programs, the basics of evaluation design, Kirkpatrick’s Levels 1-4, a brief introduction to ROI, communicating results, and practical tips and considerations for truly making evaluation work in your organization.
